Same day notification of Student absences

The Department are implementing School Attendance Guidelines that will be effective from the end of Term 2.
The guidelines require all parents to notify the school prior to or on the morning of a student absence. Schools will be required to make contact with parents as soon as practicable on the day of an unexplained absence. At this stage our preferred means of contact regarding your child’s absence is by emailing your child’s classroom teacher directly. You can also email the school email account or phone the office.
