Regular school attendance is vital for your child’s progress. All children need to attend school daily. The school teaching program starts promptly at 9:00am, so we suggest that you make sure your child arrives before this time to get themselves organised and have a chat with their friends. School finishes at 3:15pm, with bus travellers getting on their bus at 3:10pm.
Please schedule any non-essential appointments outside these hours.

Bring You Own Device Program (BYOD)

Can all students who are participating in the ‘Bring Your Own Device’ program please bring in their device on Tuesday February 2nd. The day will be called a ‘Check-in’ day, where Mr. Milsom will be recording the serial number and type of device each child has. Once everything has been recorded, it will be collated to determine our next steps. Students will be asked to take their device home again that afternoon.
Once we have identified numbers, we will be able to order licences and finalise instructions for all parents. An information pack covering all required documentation for technology in 2016 will then be sent home (dates to be notified).
More information about our BYOD Program can be found at the end of the newsletter.

Library Books

Please start hunting under beds and in bookcases for misplaced Library Books and take home books. We have many books missing and we would appreciate books being returned as soon as possible. Students will bring home notices if they have any overdue books.

Student reports are being written at the moment. These will be distributed on Thursday 17th December. All students will receive a hard copy of their report which will include their academic level of achievement, their level of achievement in relation to our core values, teacher and student reflections, annotated work samples, teacher comments and an overview of the specialist programs that the students have participated in.
