Throughout the year, our Grade 6 students develop personal leadership goals, use success criteria to track growth, engage with a mentor and use their learning to transfer to a project that enhances the school, local or global community.
Our Grade 5 students develop personal goals to develop competence, confidence, character and connectedness. The 4C’s, based on the work of Leaders of Evolution, outline the skills and knowledge required to be an effective leader.
We pride ourselves on developing leadership in all students, ensuring that our results are measurable by the students, teachers and the community.
All students have the opportunity to influence change in the school by participating in Student Voice Teams throughout the year. These teams focus on relevant and purposeful foci that are current to the school’s needs.
